Turn Around Times & Returns

  • Turn around times can range for 2 working days - 28 working days depending on the option you select at checkout.
  • Working days are 5 days a week, we are closed weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 4pm will not take effect until there next working day
  • Christmas Closing Times - We close our order books for orders that require shipping on the 17th December. Any orders placed for shipping after this time will not start production until the 7th January. 
  • Express Turn around times available at checkout in the shipping section, you can get your order as soon as 5 working days.
  • If you require an upgrade service as you placed your order on the wrong service, you can request this by emailing us. And the cost of the upgrade service minus the postage you pay of already paid with be required. Upgrade services cannot always be obliged depending on the time frame we are left to work in. 
  • Express Upgrade prices are 10-14 working days £25 or 5-7 working days £45
  • Turn around times do not include shipping (unless on an express service) Please allow an extra 3-5 working days for shipping
  • International shipments including Ireland and those outside of UK mainland will be made on 28 working days unless pre agreed with the store and a courier charge is paid. 
  • International shipments can be upgraded by calling the store or email
  • International shipments in the EU or Ireland can take up to 5-7 working days to be received.
  • International shipments in to USA, NZ or AUS can take up to 10-14 working days. This time does not include custom delays or delays with the postal service in the country of origin. 
  • If you are using International Signed for this is not a tracked method of shipment. So you will be unable to check the movement of the parcel if within customs. If your parcel has not arrived after 14 working days, we advice to allow 1-2 weeks after this time frame for customs. There maybe times when the country of origin have a stated current time if extremely busy and have back logs.
  • Any duty charges sit with the receiver and we are not liable for these charges. This price will depend on the custom charges in the receivers country. 
  • All orders will require a signature, if you are not home when a delivery is attempted a card will be left, we also urge you to check your confirmation email with the tracking details as cards can get lost or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are not collected
  • We offer free shipping for baskets over £85, this is only available for UK mainland deliverers. Overseas including Ireland do not qualify for this. During sales periods this is not applicable. 
  • Goods will be held for 18 days after the original attempted delivery, the goods will then be returned back to us and we will request a further postage fee to be paid for goods to be resent.
  • We will not pay the re delivery postage charge for items that have not been collected this is down to the buyer to pay.
  • Delayed parcels, if for any reason your parcel has not reached you by the standard delivery or 3-5 days after your turn around time, . Please get in touch with us. Royal Mail will not investigate missing or delayed parcels until the 10th postal day after posting. After the 10th postal day we can then carry out an investigation. We will not Refund or replace orders until a full investigation has been carried out. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed by problems out of our control. I.e Weather conditions, delays with Royal Mail or delays caused by a 3rd party.
  • We are not to be held responsible or refund on orders that do not arrive in time of the date needed, if within the working day turnaround. Please refer to your terms and conditions. 
  • Express orders are delivered by courier and will require a signature

Returns

  • As goods are made to order, to the customers garments size, wording, design, colour etc we do not offer any refunds on goods that are unwanted
